Master Confidentiality Agreement

    Master Confidentiality Agreement — applies to every opportunity. It is signed once during registration and covers the memorandum, internal images and any Data Room material you are authorised to see.

    How it works

    • Signed once: there is no separate agreement per opportunity.
    • Opening or reading this page is not signing: the signature happens during registration, with express acceptance.
    • The memorandum and internal images require a complete profile, approved identity verification and this signed agreement.
    • The Data Room additionally requires an express request and manual approval by the opportunity manager.
